Spondylosis and X39
Share
This is my first, very own, amazing story of the Lifewave patches.
My Great Dane is 5 and a half years old. Last year I diagnosed him with spondylosis T13/L1, L1/L2 and L2/L3.
He has been progressively getting a more arched back, an indication of discomfort. He also has shown signs of pain. His walk has been more and more uncoordinated. His proprioception is slow behind and his tail has stopped wagging/moving altogether. As a result he has been loosing muscle mass in his hind legs and lower back.
I usually maintain him quite successfully with acupuncture, a joint diet and pain medication, as and when necessary. With this he is able to lead a comfortable and happy dog life. He still comes for walks with us and is, generally speaking, quite alright.
I wanted to try the Lifewave patches for myself. the hype and the testimonials are astounding, but I needed confirmation for myself before advising the product to pet owners across the world.
Cosimo was the perfect candidate. He usually gets acupuncture once every 3-4 weeks. This time I left him for 6-7 weeks to allow symptoms to manifest more intensively. Then, the other evening, when his tail was particularly floppy (he has feeling in it but does not use it), I decided the time had come to put the little patch to the test.
My plan was to apply the X39 to GV3 acupuncture point. I managed to miss the point spectacularly and stick it to one side. My excuse is that Cosi was lying on his side and I was pretty tired.
When he got up 6 minutes later (I timed it) he started moving around more freely and to my absolute astonishment he was wagging his tail, like he hadn't done in at least 2 years (maybe more). My mind was blown. I left the patch on and the next morning Cosimo joined the rest of the pack in a monkey chasing expedition. His movements were coordinated and he was using his tail as a rudder :)

My impressions/observations:
- The speed of action was incredible
- The outcome, even though the intended acupuncture point was missed, was still very positive
- The potential of treating patients at a distance is super exciting. The possibility of helping more pets out there is the essence of the Creature net link website. The prospect, this product offers, is truly a game changer
